Masan University aims to teach and study technical knowledge and theories necessary to develop
national industries, cultivate talent, and nurture technicians necessary to develop the state on a
basis of the fundamental philosophy of Korean education.

 Link technical knowledge with practical education to cultivate substantial expertise.
 Cultivate creativity and a promising spirit to help cope with future society and ongoing change
 Arouse true love and a volunteering spirit to cultivate good manpower to serve the state and society.
 Nurture truly autonomous people who research, plan, and practice for themselves and boost
    such academic traditions.
