Cheong-Woo Building 1
Located within Masan University, this is composed of two buildings for students' lodging with one story below and six above the ground. Personal lodging for double occupancy is designed as a studio respecting privacy with a personal bathroom and toilet, which accommodates 320 students. Subsidiary facilities include a rest room, a reading room, a PC room, a physical training room, a laundry room, an ironing room, a kitchen, and a seminar room.

Cheong-Woo Building 2
Located within Masan University, this is a building with one story below and eight above the ground, with seven stories for students' lodging. Personal lodging for double occupancy is designed as a studio with a personal bathroom and toilet to meet the taste of contemporary people, which accommodates 210 students. Subsidiary facilities include a restroom, a laundry room, a kitchen, and an information retrieval room.

Royal Building
Located at Samnam-dong, Happo-gu Changwon this is a building with one story below and nine above the ground, with four stories for students' lodging (fifth- to eighth-floors). It provides lodgings to male students, accommodating 100 persons; personal lodging for double occupancy is equipped with a personal bathroom and toilet. Subsidiary facilities include a rest room, a laundry room, a kitchen, a reading room, and an information retrieval room. A free shuttle bus runs to and from school, taking about twenty minutes.

Yongdam Jeongsa (Independent Dormitory)
Located within Masan University, this is a five-story building, with five stories for students' lodging. It accommodates 50 persons; personal lodging for double occupancy is designed as a studio equipped with a personal bathroom and toilet to meet the taste of contemporary people. Subsidiary facilities include a rest room, a laundry room, a kitchen, and an information retrieval room.
